石垣島に住んでもう何年も経つのですが、初めて行ってみましたガストロへ。
まずはランチで偵察です。大人1590円と1490円、小学生は1080円。
テーブル席とだだっ広い畳の座敷席が選べました。
Googleのレビューなんかにもあったように昭和的な雰囲気。レトロ〜
お値段相応のお肉とサイドメニュー
牛、豚、鶏、とお肉は取り放題〜
お皿はみんなプラスチックなので学生時代の食堂を思い出しました。
小さいお子さんなどでワイワイ賑わっていたので割れない食器なんでしょうね。
サイドメニューがおいしいと聞いていたのですがほんとにそうでした。濃いめのしっかりした味付け。あとはキムチがあるといいんだけどなー。
内装もそうでしたが、デザートメニューにも昭和を感じるみかんの缶詰や、ナタデココ、アロエ、コーヒーゼリーなどが並んでいました。
コロナ以前は大型バスで観光客の方たちも利用されていたようですが
最近はめっきりそういうこともなくなりましたね〜あの賑わいは再び戻ってくるのでしょうか?

All-you-can-eat beef, pork, chicken and other meats.
The plates are all plastic, which reminded me of the cafeteria in my school days.
I guess the plates are unbreakable because they were crowded with small children.
I had heard that the side dishes were delicious, and they really were. Strong and well seasoned. Now I just wish they had kimchi.
The decor was the same, but the dessert menu also included Showa-era canned mandarin oranges, nata de coco, aloe, coffee jelly and more.
Before Covid, tourists used to come here in large buses.
Will that bustle ever return?
